DENIM IS MY NEW FRIEND: THREE DENIM LOOKS FOR THREE DIFFERENT EFFECTS

 Denim has been growing on me lately. I find myself wearing it like it's nobody's business. Each time I ask myself "what am I gonna wear today that is simple, easy to put on, and still remains instagramable?", denim automatically come to mind.
The thing about denim is that it is probably the most versatile fabric know to man. You can easily dress it up or down, pair it with heels, or throw some sneakers with it... No matter what, you will always look good in it.

OPTION # 1: SAFE BUT FEMININE

In this first look, I am wearing an all denim look which is obviously so in for this season. I chose to have my Rockstar @Oldnavy pants match in color with my @Romwe jacket. I must admit that I was playing it kind of safe here, not having the courage to go with a darker wash. But fashion is not merely about being risky. Sometimes playing it safe can make you enjoy fashion more. After all,  to each their own.

 To take this outfit to the next level, I went with a striped @Reitmans top in white and dark navy. A striped top is a MUST HAVE in every girl's closet because, like denim, there is a ton of looks that you can create around it. To add more fun to this outfit, I went with some red high heels that literally brought life into the entire look. I really like this look because it's very feminine, wearable, and quite safe especially if you're getting your toes wet in the whole all-denim look.

OPTION 2: RETRO-COUNTRY LOOK

This look is totally my fav. As soon as I got this denim dress from @Shein.com I knew I had to head out the door and take some pictures.

Needless to say that I really enjoyed creating this look. As you may notice, the dress goes with any color you can imagine. I paired it with the same shoes as the previous look, a bright yellow @Rosegal.com bag, and a Tunisian head wrap.

 This look screams fun and creativity and I think anyone can pull it off.

OPTION #3: CASUAL BUT SEXY 

The last look is super cute and super effortless, and this is exactly why I love overalls. Overalls are no brainer; you just put them and go. They can be easily paired with a simple T-shirt, or a cute crop top. They don't need accessories, and when it comes to shoes, everything looks good with them. In this picture, I decided to contrast the dark denim with a simple, extra white T-shirt, and I pulled my hair back for a more relaxed look.

                   When I think of luxury, I automatically think of of black and gold. From Chanel to Tom Ford, every prestigious brand has used this timeless color combination to make its products stand out from the crowd. Although I still cannot afford a Chanel bag, I still found a way to feel fancy with these classy and sparkly items.

                  My first go to, to feel like a Million bucks, is my new favorite perfume from Pacco Rabanne. Lady Million is a fragrance that screams "elegance" and "sensuality". I was very hesitatnt to try it for years now. I have always felt that, because everyone loved it so much, it was not suitable for me. I personally like to smell differently from everyone else (I"m sure I'm not the only one who feels that way). I kept ignoring it in the stores until I decided to try it out, NOT buy it, just try it out. Man, did I fall in love! The scent is so unique and so different that I was haunted by the idea of buying it for three weeks to be exact. When I finally did, I was so proud of myself for giving it a chance to join its older sisters in my collection. Pacco Rabanne never disapoints. I have always loved his perfumes, especially Black XS, which is my HOLLY GRAIL. I am glad that he kept surprising me whith light yet sexy fragrances that I can rely on for a night out with my husband.

               My second favorite item is my new Guess hoops. So basic, I know. But if you are a woman, you would know how hard it is to find hoops that compliment your face shape. I have always struggled with this problem. I would buy a dozen hoops, none of which would satisfy me. Demanding, heh? Well, I can be sometimes, but I don't feel that I"m asking for too much here. I just want earrings that would look good on me. When I saw these earrings on The Hudson Bay boutique, I was first drawn by the brand sale.  I am probably the biggest fan of Guess, so naturally, I was immediately drawn in. The hoops looked so promising: they had the right size, the right aount of yellow-ness, not too heavy, not too expensive, Could I ask for better? Probably not. When I tried them on, I fell completely in love. I did not hesitate a second to buy them. Now I can't wait to wear them every day

.

               My last golden treasure is my new Tarte Tarteist Pro To Go palette. This pallete was an impulse buy, (ok don't judge, you do it too). I was waiting on line to pay at Sephora when I noticed this little beauty. It spoke all the right words to me: the packaging is sleek and travel friendly, the colors are gorgeous, and the pigmentation was shouting my name. It did not take too much to convince me that this baby was about to go home with me. I paid $30 for it which I do NOT regret by any means. Certainly, it is not a cheap product, but it is worth every single penny. I feel like a Vogue girl when I apply these shadows. The warm tones are so  discreet, but they give me a sexy look that is appropriate for every occasion, from taking baby Maya to the kindergarten, to having a job interview.

                  See! It doesn't take thousands of dollars for me to feel fancy. Just the right perfume, the right earrings, and the right eyeshadows.
